Project 1: Revamping of LPG Rail Gantry & Tank Farm Automation - ONGC Hazira, Surat, Gujarat
  • Scope of Work: Basic & Detailed Engineering, Piping Layout, P&ID, BOQ, Fabrication Drawings, Technical Specifications, Quality Assurance, Civil and Structural Design, Testing & Commissioning.
  • Description: We executed a comprehensive revamp and automation project for the Product Terminal at ONGC Hazira, enhancing the efficiency and safety of their operations.
Project 2: Structural CCTV Watch Tower - IOCL Paradip, Odisha
  • Scope of Work: Structural Design, Cyclone-Resistant Tower, NIIT Approved.
  • Description: We designed a robust structural CCTV watchtower capable of withstanding cyclonic storms with wind speeds of up to 260 km/hr, ensuring the security of IOCL Paradip.
Project 3: SVC Technical Audit - JSW Dolvi Works, Maharashtra
    • Scope of Work:
      • Conducted a technical audit to enhance system reliability.
      • Evaluated Capacitor Banks, Filter Banks, Reactors, Switchgears, thyristor stacks, and control systems.

Project 4: Ventilation System & Cooling Tower Audit - JSW Vijayanagar Works, Bellary, Karnataka
  • Scope of Work: Design and Installation of Ventilation Systems, Civil/Structural Design for Cable Gallery, Cooling Tower Audit.
  • Description: We optimized ventilation and cooling systems at JSW Vijayanagar Works, ensuring a comfortable work environment and enhanced efficiency.

  • Scope of Work: PMC and Civil Design for 450 KLD ETP Plant, Feasibility Study for Capacity Enhancement.
